Privacy Policy

While browsing our site we sometimes request personal information in order to better give you the most complete information about our services to better provide those services. This privacy statement explains how we collect and use that information.

We will always ask you to provide personal information, and will not attempt to procure such information through devious means. We typically request personal information only as needed, which tends to include only your name, e-mail address and location, but we may request other information as needed to provide a service you requested. For example, if you are someone seeking a career position, we may ask for various pieces of personal information to help place you in a position that will suit you.

We use your personal information for two primary purposes; to contact you regarding a service you requested and to alert you to special offers, updated information and other new services from Pinnacle Partners. Pinnacle Partners will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Pinnacle Partners or Internet sites; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Pinnacle Partners and its Internet sites, or, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Pinnacle Partners, its Internet sites, or the public.

When you provide us with your personal information, Pinnacle Partners will not share that information with any third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed within this privacy policy. Your information will furthermore only be used for the purposes stated herein. Pinnacle Partners may on rare occasions send out email alerts informing you of important information related to a service you have requested or we are currently providing you. Since these mailings are an integral part of these services, you will not be able to choose to discontinue receiving these email alerts.

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time by contacting us. You can: - Ask us to provide for your review personal information you have previously provided. - Ask us to change personal information you have previously provided. - Tell us whether you want us to send you information on our service offerings. - Tell us whether you want third parties to send you their offers by postal mail (we assume NO by default). - Subscribe, edit or cancel subscriptions to newsletters about our services and products.

We at Pinnacle Partners take the security of your personal information seriously. Using standardized industry technologies and techniques, we painstakingly take steps to safeguard your data from loss, unauthorized access or misuse. Your personal information is never shared with a company or individual other than Pinnacle Partners, except under conditions explained in this privacy policy. Within Pinnacle Partners, your information is stored on servers with limited access and behind extensive firewalls. Your information is stored and processed wholly in the United States and at a single, central location. Since nobody can view, see or edit your information without your direct authorization, the integrity of your personal information is doubly safe.

Pinnacle Partners site does not publish content that is targeted to children. In addition, we have no wish or need for such information. However, if a child (ages 17 and under) were to erroneously send us personal information, we would destroy such information immediately upon being informed of the sender's age.

Use of Cookies

Rest easy. We do not track your individual browsing of our sites. In order to evaluate our site's effectiveness, ease of use and navigability, we do however collect individually unidentifiable visitation statistics regarding the usage of our site using 'cookies' technology, otherwise known as 'magic cookies' (which are nothing more than very small chunks of plain text).

When you visit our site, a cookie is placed by your browser onto your computer (if your browser is set to accept cookies). Likewise, if you have previously visited our site (and, again, your browser is set to accept cookies), your browser allows our site to read the previously placed cookie. While this does uniquely identify your browser and allow us to generate usage reports for our site, the cookie placed or read on your machine does not identify you by name and will not be traced back or tied to you as an individual.

Please note that if you have turned off cookies in your browser, you may not be able to access portions of our site, and you may not be able to enjoy a personalized experience.
