- Will lead many types of professionals including Technical Team Leaders, Programmers, Network Engineers, Business Analyst, Testers/QA, Technical Writers
- Certifications preferred but not required
- Must have a minimum of 15+ years of IT experience with 5 of those years specifically in Project Management
- Will be hands-on from a project management, system architecture, and design perspective, but will not be expected to do any hands-on programming, systems engineering duties, or other technical duties

- Act as a liaison to application developers
- May, at times, manage other Business Analysts from a project perspective, but will have no direct administrative reports
