Our client is seeking our assistance in identifying a potential candidate for a Temporary to hire Call Center/Customer Service position in the Indianapolis area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers within the manufacturing/distribution industry with order requests
- Processing orders and verifying accuracy within a fast paced/high volume environment
- Reviewing Purchase Orders and entering information into database
- Communication with the Accounts Receivable team regarding shipment/pricing errors and any holds on customer accounts
- Work well within a team environment with excellent attention to detail
- Multi-tasking – phones/computers
Requirements:
- Call Center experience within the manufacturing/distribution industry is a firm requirement
- Proven ability to work well within a fast paced/high pressured environment
- Prior experience working with Purchase Orders and an understanding of the information they provide
- Strong and accurate data entry scores (minimum of 8,000 ksph)
