Primary responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving parts from multiple plants to customer. Just-in-Time environment.
Proficient on Computer, must be able to use ERP system and capable of Learning IQMS.
Supervise 2 lead operators and about 15 other hourly associates
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Manufacturing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigned, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Problem Solving– Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem soling situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as: probability and statistical inference, and ability to apply concepts such as: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

SUMMARY: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and operating all equipment by performing the following duties
- Analyzes work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
- Computes amounts of in-process stock and line supplies required for operations, based on production schedule, and requisitions material from storage area.
- Interprets specifications and job orders to worker, and assigns duties.
- Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to ensure products meet standards.
- Establishes or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Create work instructions and carryout instructions as required.
- Support and participate continuous improvement programs for Health, Safety and Environmental.

Purpose:
The position of Paint Manager is to improvement processes for the day-to-day painting operations and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Review all changes and modifications to the paint control plan to ensure their relevance and compliance to the spray operations resulting from continuous improvement activities as well as internal or external customer requirements
- Establish and update schedules for all maintenance required to ensure the continued optimum performance of all robots and paint application equipment
- Program robot paint paths and operating parameters for new products and continuous improvement of existing programs
- Initiate robot application enhancements with regard to color change cycles, paint path optimization and spray gun efficiencies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with 7 – 10 years being preferred
- Paint robot experience (Kawasaki / Fanuc / Motoman) – capable of creating programs, not just modifying – client is using Paint Pro
- Experience with proportioning systems (Graco or similar)
- Experience with paint process troubleshooting
- Experience with paint process improvement
- Must have a hands on approach, doesn’t stand back and tell everyone else what to do
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology

Responsibilities
- Perform Transformer testing including Transformer Turns Ratio, Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance & Power Factor/Excitation tests.
- Perform Low Voltage Circuit Breaker testing including Insulation Resistance, Contact Resistance, Secondary Injection & Primary Injection tests.
- Perform testing on basic Voltage & Current Protection Relays.
- Perform Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker testing including Insulation Resistance, Contact Resistance, AC/DC Hipot & Insulation Power Factor tests.
- Perform Medium Voltage Cable testing including Insulation Resistance, AC/DC Hipot, & VLF/Tan Delta Hipot tests.
- Perform Medium Voltage Cable Terminations, Splices, T-Body & LB Elbow installations.
- Assign equipment valuations based on test results obtained and NETA/Manufacturer’s Acceptance Criteria.
- Be proficient with equipment Control Schematics, Wiring Connection & 1-Line Diagrams.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot & repair equipment problems based on testing results obtained & equipment drawings.
- Perform Low Voltage Circuit Breaker disassembly and reassembly.
